9g Visa, Employment, Work Visa in the Philippines

The 9g visa for the Philippines is the Pre-Arranged Employee Visa, essentially a work visa for foreign nationals working in the Philippines.  Under the 9g visa the foreign national would be considered working and non-immigrant status.  

Kittelson & Carpo Consulting will handle all of the paper work to file for the 9g visa between the Department of Labor and the Bureau of Immigration.

9G Work Visa Requirements
  1. Notarized Letter Request of the Applicant-organization
  2. Notarized and Accomplished General Application Form (BI Form No. MCL-07-01)
  3. Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) certified true copy of Alien Employment Permit (AEP)
  4. Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate
  5. Clear copy of the applicant's passport showing the admission and authorized period to stay
